BlueWater Federal is looking for a Sr Network-System Technician to support U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFF) Headquarters (HQ).
Responsibilities
- Systems Management of all USFF owned/managed Secret, Coalition and Unclassified networks.
- Configure and deploy new and/or additional clients on the locally managed networks.
- Application server administration and configuration including but not limited to Single Sign On, Identity Management, Public Key Infrastructure Management, Cryptographic Log On, Server Replication, Backups and Load Balancing.
- On-site operational and functional support for application end users and support personnel, for but not limited to application deployment, active directory management, data recovery services, client hardware and software support.
- Maintain the system, network, and application security integrity including maintaining and updating the C&A packages and maintaining compliance with current IA policies.
- Provide 24x7 on-call technical support as related to operational support of USFF.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in related field and no experience, or AA/AS in related field or Computer Network Administration Certification and 4 years related experience. In lieu of formal education, 8 years of related experience.
- Must have an active Secret clearance
- Knowledge of and experience providing systems administration of Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office SharePoint Services and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of the Defense Information Systems Agency published STIG requirements and implementation/compliance process.
- Knowledge of CND compliance requirements for all managed networks and systems.
- Knowledge of the operations and maintenance of the DOD's HBSS.
- Experience in virtualization technology such as VMWare.
