We are looking to hire a Service Communications Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking a results-oriented, experienced, and innovative professional to deliver measurable results, contribute to the overall growth of the Company.

Responsibilities

• Sales monitoring; review outlets for up dates and information to be used for promotional content.
• Performs customer outreach to get our products known in the market.
• Develop and implement measurable sales and communications strategies and campaigns.
• Create pitches, talking points, and research to promote the Company’s objectives accurately.
• Provide strategic insight into opportunities to expand reach across all audiences and execute additional assignments as needed.
• Support team in sales communications situations, working with the Executive Team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Dynamic, high-energy, and able to support cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal required.
• Superb phone etiquette and public speaking skills.
• Computer software skills including Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Mac operating systems.
