Job description - New/Used Sales Associate

We are looking for candidates who are high-energy, positive, out-going individuals with strong verbal communication skills!

Previous automotive sales experience is not required. Professional sales training will be provided. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Greet our clients in a friendly and welcoming manner.

· Listen to our customers’ needs and give product presentations.

· Keep current on all manufacturer and dealership related training and knowledge.

· Uphold the integrity of the dealership with exceptional customer satisfaction scores.

· Continue to follow up our clients after the sale for lasting relationships.

· Use our CRM program to help maintain client data.
