May be responsible for testing engines or other mechanical components, storage or transport vessels like pipelines or containers, or major structures like bridges or tunnels. Being a Non-Destructive Test Technician, Sr. requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Non-Destructive Test Technician, Sr. independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors. Has gained full proficiency in a broad range of activities related to the job. To be a Non-Destructive Test Technician, Sr. typically requires 5-7 years of related experience. Since 1935, John K. Crosswell Home for Children has been providing care to children throughout SC that are unable to live with their family for various reasons. Our 28 acre, smoke-free campus is located in downtown Sumter with three residential cottages, providing a safe and secure, home-like Christian environment to children from newborn to 21 years of age. Our children are involved in church, recreational sports and activities.
