The Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADON) works in concert with the Director Of Nursing to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with Federal, State and facility standards, guidelines and regulations. The primary responsibilities of the ADON include supervising the nursing staff education, infection control, and overseeing patient care as well as administrative functions such as record keeping.
Qualified candidates must possess a current RN nursing license in the Commonwealth of MA. Associates degree from an accredited school is preferred. At least 2-3 years in nurse leadership in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment are required. Previous experience with Dementia/Geriatric Psychiatry a plus.Our Mission Statement
