Director of Nursing Needed!

We are seeking a Director of Nursing to join our compassionate Nursing team in Keene, NH. Great leadership and tenured support staff at our specialized pediatric medical facility. We provide comprehensive services to children with complex medical and developmental needs and is the only center of pediatric post-acute care providers in New Hampshire. Great opportunity for a DON to make an impact in the lives of these amazing children.

• $90K - $120K depending on experience
• Day Shift: 7a-3p or 8a-4p Mon-Fri (Flexible and can accommodate your preferred schedule)
• Dept. has about 40 FTE's including 2 Managers
• Will predominantly oversee Director level duties, but must be flexible to help out on the floor as well when needed

Requirements

• Prior Director Level experience a plus, but open to RN Leadership candidates with a Peds background who aspire to be a Director
• Ventilator experience a plus
• Active NH- RN License (or willing to obtain)
