Job Title: Hybrid Registered Dietitian (Part-Time, 50% Remote)

Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team on a part-time basis for 8 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a blend of clinical experience and a passion for providing holistic medical nutrition therapy. This is a hybrid role that requires one day of onsite work every other week, with the option to fulfill the remaining hours remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents and patients, tailoring care plans to individual needs.
  
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary care planning meetings.
  
• Administer specialized medical nutrition therapies for various conditions such as wound healing and weight management.
  
• Demonstrated experience in managing tube feedings.
  
• Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  
• Offer nutritional education and counseling sessions for both residents and their families.
  
• Ensure compliance with Department of Health, state, and federal regulations, as well as company standards.
  
• Operate independently, requiring minimal supervision for task completion.
  

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian status as certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is strongly preferred.
  
• Proficiency in general nutrition education, including but not limited to weight management.
  
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems for charting.
