Compliance Specialist
Pendergraph Management, LLC has an opening for a Compliance Specialist to work full-time at our Raleigh location.

The principal objective of the Compliance Specialist is to:
· Review and make determinations on household eligibility.
· Review applications generated on site for completeness and accuracy per program guidelines.
· Work closely with field staff to ensure necessary paperwork is completed. This position requires a very detail-orientated individual with excellent organizational skills.
Potential job duties include but are not limited to:
· Ensuring compliance with specific program guidelines on a property-by-property basis.
· Assisting with operational reviews or file audits.
· Completing monthly reports as required and reporting occupancy/compliance as needed to applicable agencies.
Any relocation for this job will be at the employee’s expense.
Requirements:
1. Training/Education/Other
High school diploma or GED
COS, EIVS, CVS, TCS, C3P, and/or HCCP certifications preferred, but not required
Valid driver’s license
2. Experience/Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the multifamily industry is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with the LIHTC, HUD, HOME, and RD programs.
Experience with Yardi Breeze property management software preferred.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products – Word, Excel, Outlook
3. Special Requirements
Must be able to work 8:00 to 5:00 M-F in person, at our Raleigh location.
