Occupational Therapy Director jobs in Indiana
Occupational Therapy Director directs the programs and staff of the occupational therapy department. Sets and implements guidelines for occupational therapy programs. Being an Occupational Therapy Director monitors patient progress and treatment plans. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Occupational Therapy Director typically reports to top management. The Occupational Therapy Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be an Occupational Therapy Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. HTS is now hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the team at our partner skilled nursing facility in Winamac, IN. This facility is very supportive of therapy and offers a great variety of clinical opportunities. Facility offers rehab to home and also has memory care.
This is a full-time position, 30 - 40 hours per week, typically Monday - Friday.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn an Indiana licensure, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of a national licensure exam.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
