Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is looking for an amazing Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team serving aging adults with a combination of management and patient care. New full time team members are eligible for up to 26 days of benefit time and team members with over two years of loyalty are eligible for up to 31 days of benefit time. • Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Completion of a clinical affiliation(s) as required by educational institution.
• Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin and/or Michigan to practice as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
• Minimum of one year of experience practicing as a therapist or assistant.
• Previous management experience in long-term care preferred.
