Your Duties / Responsibilities:
Supervisor Duties, including but not limited to making phone calls to case managers, clients, caregivers, running errands, etc.
Answer & direct phone calls.
Organize and schedule interviews and orientations.
Maintain contact lists of clients, caregivers, case managers, etc.
Produce and distribute correspondence via email, scan, fax, etc.
Assist in the hiring & orientation process for new hires.
Assist with HR /Payroll.
Provide support to visitors, caregiver, and clients.
Assist caregivers with Autheticare & Paychex App when applicable.
Visit clients and case managers in person when applicable.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Saturdays when needed
