We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

```Duties```

Manage office operations and procedures, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities

Manage patient/resident trust funds and confidential files in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Meet with patients/residents upon admission and discharge to explain financial obligations.

Ensure policy - procedure compliance.

Maintain employee records and assist with human resources tasks as needed

```Skills```

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role

- Excellent phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization

- Experience in training development is a plus

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
