Homecare Agency Coordinator

Duties:

• -Identifying patients and aides to be hired.
• -cold calling Assisted living, churches, rehabs, hospitals for getting new patients and aides for agency
• -Attending health fairs, meeting social workers, going to hospitals to introduce Axzons Homecare.
• - Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.

- Scheduling appointments for patients and managing the office calendar.- Assisting with patient intake by collecting medical history, vital signs, and other relevant information.- Managing patient files and ensuring they are organized and up-to-date.- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.Experience:

• - Hard working and aggressive about adding new patients and aides to the agency
• Sales oriented objectives to increase the patient and aides count.
• - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Must have experience working in a home care agency in NJ as a coordinator. Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.We offer competitive compensation, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth.
