The Oil and Gas Field Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Salary Range: $65,866.80-$73,744.00 (DOE/DOQ)
Shift: 48/96 Rotation
Summary
The Paramedic Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all units in their assigned area, while providing a family-oriented workplace environment. As a supervisor, you will work with a multi-generational workforce of varying skill and capability in the provision of 911 service to Cherokee County. Additionally, the Field Supervisor will respond to requests for service in their assigned Quick Response Vehicle, as requested by the county communications center and in accordance with organizational policy. These requests will often include higher acuity responses (e.g.: unconscious/cardiac arrest, motor vehicle collision with entrapment, etc.). The supervisor is responsible for building and maintaining a positive workplace culture, effectively leading teams, and mentoring/coaching team members. The supervisor will regularly work with members of the public safety and healthcare community, in addition to coordinating public relations activities.
