Oil and Gas Superintendent oversees daily oil and gas operations activities at multiple facilities. Supervises and directs employees involved in production, drilling, maintenance, and/or construction through foreman and other lead staff. Being an Oil and Gas Superintendent requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Oil and Gas Superintendent manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. SUMMARY:
This position is a support role for Accounts Receivable. It is primarily responsible for uploading SNF Oil & Gas invoices into customer portals and following through to ensure they are approved for payment. The successful candidate must exhibit boldness and initiative in utilizing all avenues of communication when dealing with Senior Buyers, Portal Tech Support, and A/P Clerks and Managers with the ultimate goal of facilitating invoice payment while simultaneously providing a positive customer experience.
