Join our exceptional team as a Clinic Supervisor, Operating Room and take on a pivotal role overseeing the dynamic operations of our Operating Department. With 10 fully equipped surgical rooms, 2 special procedure rooms servicing pediatric patients of all acuity levels. As the supervisor, you’ll collaborate with our Surgical Services Nurse Manager ensuing a smooth day to day functioning of the department. Provide input to the budget, monitor staffing needs and managing staff. Collaborate on department schedules, attend meetings, conduct audits, work with Infection Prevention and handle any issues with Epic.

Work Hours Monday- Friday- 8 hours or 10 hours per day. No holidays or weekends and call is not required.

Who Should Apply:

• RN License required. FL State or Compact License
• BSN required
• A minimum of 3 years RN surgical services pediatric experience required.
• CNOR required within one year of hire.
• Current AHA BLS & PALS Certification
