Operations Supervisor supervises the daily activities of an operational unit. Monitors and assists staff to maintain workflow and achieve targeted operational and financial results. Being an Operations Supervisor implements practices to ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures. Resolves routine operational issues and escalates complex issues as needed. Additionally, Operations Supervisor prepares performance and progress reports for management to monitor and improve inefficiencies. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Operations Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Operations Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     The supervisor of the Continuous Patient Monitoring Department reports to the Manager of Continuous Patient Monitoring Department. Under general supervision, the Supervisor of the Continuous Patient Monitoring Department provides supervision of the professional, operational, quality, training and onboarding needs and educational initiatives for direct patient monitoring services.     Job Responsibility:
    • Supervise clinically based services and programs to ensure that quality care and site support are provided. Provide oversite on all day-to-day operational activities and initiatives including ensuring clear communication between team members as well as the clinical teams they serve, appropriate staffing ratios are achieved and additional administrative tasks are completed.
    • Support ongoing educational efforts for both internal and external clinical teams. Oversee training and education plans for new employees. In conjunction with the Manager of Continuous Patient Monitoring Department, ensure team adheres to accountability measures as set forth by both the department and organization. Assist in maintaining databases aimed a delivering program centered results.
