Additionally, Operations Supervisor prepares performance and progress reports for management to monitor and improve inefficiencies. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Operations Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The supervisor of the Continuous Patient Monitoring Department reports to the Manager of Continuous Patient Monitoring Department. Under general supervision, the Supervisor of the Continuous Patient Monitoring Department provides supervision of the professional, operational, quality, training and onboarding needs and educational initiatives for direct patient monitoring services. This position works in collaboration with clinical personnel at medical facilities that contract CVM services; ensuring all observers provide a high level of job performance and customer service.
Job Responsibility:
- Supervise clinically based services and programs to ensure that quality care and site support are provided. Provide oversite on all day-to-day operational activities and initiatives including ensuring clear communication between team members as well as the clinical teams they serve, appropriate staffing ratios are achieved and additional administrative tasks are completed.
- Support ongoing educational efforts for both internal and external clinical teams. Oversee training and education plans for new employees. In conjunction with the Manager of Continuous Patient Monitoring Department, ensure team adheres to accountability measures as set forth by both the department and organization. Assist in maintaining databases aimed a delivering program centered results.
