Order Fulfillment Director leads and directs the order fulfillment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Director develops scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Implements order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Director establishes inventory monitoring procedures to track and trigger actions that will maintain appropriate levels of products. Partners with stakeholders to identify conditions impacting the fulfillment workflow and to develop effective solutions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. Order Fulfillment Associates are responsible for preparing all customer order types (BOPIS, BOSS, CPO, Will Calls, Store to Store, Delivery) including but not limited to picking, staging, and loading orders onto trucks. The condition of the product upon pick and stage and the timeliness of picking orders can largely shape the customer service experience for Home Depot’s Customers. Because the Order Fulfillment Associate is many times the last Associate to interact with a Customer, the level of service they provide is vital to the overall business of Home Depot. It is essential that the Order Fulfillment Associate gain familiarity with the products, product location, and store layout to provide the most efficient and highest quality service to our Customers. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and following Home Depot’s safety policies and procedures are critical to performing the duties of a Order Fulfillment Associate. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager On Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, co‐workers, vendors, or customers.
