The Organizational Development Consultant work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.   • We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Organizational Development to join our team. As the Director of Organizational Development, you will play a critical role in driving organizational effectiveness, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture within our company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and initiatives that align with our business goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and executing organizational development initiatives, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of best practices in organizational development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive organizational development strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
    • Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to identify and address organizational development needs, gaps, and opportunities.
    • Design and deliver programs and initiatives that support employee development, talent management, and succession planning.
    • Lead cultural transformation initiatives and foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Develop and execute change management strategies to support organizational change initiatives, including communication plans, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
    • Provide leadership coaching and development to senior leaders and managers to enhance their leadership capabilities and drive employee engagement.
    • Conduct organizational assessments and diagnose organizational issues to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
    • Collaborate with HR and other cross-functional teams to ensure that organizational development initiatives are integrated with other HR programs and processes.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and bring innovative ideas and solutions to drive continuous improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to organizational development.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in organizational development or a related field.
    • Experience working in a leadership role within a complex organization.
    • Certification in a relevant organizational development program is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices related to organizational development.
    • Proven track record of successful organizational development initiatives and outcomes.
    • Experience working with diverse teams.
    • Proficient in using relevant software and technology platforms.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
