Organizational Development Consultant implements all aspects of organizational development. Develops training programs, facilitates change management initiatives, and reviews current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Being an Organizational Development Consultant builds human capital through employee development programs. Measures employee performance to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Consultant implements and reports on the effectiveness of leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Organizational Development Consultant work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. You are an experienced administrative professional with a Bachelor’s degree plus 3-5 years hands-on experience in organizational development, leadership development, talent management, and/or coaching. You are exceptionally organized and systems, process, and technology focused with the administrative functions of your position. Positively influencing the culture of the organization gets you excited to come to work each day, and facilitating that impact through organization, scheduling, and metrics is how you get things done. You are a doer!
