Tenacious Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist. This role is fully remote. This position will support Tenacious Solutions in achieving significant operational integration of new or improved programs and procedures across the organization.
Develop and implement an organization wide organizational development strategy and framework.
Assist in the management of the current planning initiatives and use of the client's digital tools.
Lead the in strategy and implementation of new programs, including but not limited to helping grow the program network.
Lead the develop of a framework and plan for a structured apprenticeship program that connects critical roles with high-potential participants and determine key performance indicators for measuring and evaluating effectiveness of program for continuous improvement.
Review curriculum and feedback and modify to address additional leadership and business unit needs and establish key performance indicators for evaluating and measuring effectiveness and opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability.
Identify critical roles for the organization's population.
Establish framework and process for competency modeling.
Qualifications
BA or BS degree is required.
BA or BS discipline in Organizational Development or Business, Information Technology, Organizational Assessment is preferred - other degrees can be considered if experience demonstrates capability.
8 years of related experience preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
Ability to propose and assess capabilities of alternative solutions to meet program needs.
Ability to work effectively with a group or independently.
Ability to effectively manage several projects at one time.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
