Organizational Development Manager manages all aspects of organizational development. Oversees the development of training programs, facilitation of change management initiatives, and review of current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Being an Organizational Development Manager develops programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Facilitates the development and implementation of employee performance measurements to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Manager assesses leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Organizational Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Organizational Development Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • The Architect/Project Manager will oversee the entire construction project life cycle, including schematic design, construction document, specifications and construction administration. You will manage client accounts, consultant teams, and overall project coordination. The Architect/Project Manager will initiate internal plan reviews/comments, conduct client design meetings, and coordinate municipal permit approvals.

    Starting salary $80,000 or more based on experience.

    Experience and Education:

    • Bachelor or Master’s degree of Architecture from an accredited college/university preferred
    • 3 years of related architectural experience with a focus on construction documentation preferred
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud, MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) preferred
    • Experience in commercial office, retail, multi-family and industrial projects preferred
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills; pride themselves on providing the highest quality solutions to our clients
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Motivated team player with team attitude
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to take direction and lead with minimal supervision
    • Responsible for researching and applying knowledge of state and local codes
