Organizational Development Manager manages all aspects of organizational development. Oversees the development of training programs, facilitation of change management initiatives, and review of current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Being an Organizational Development Manager develops programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) was founded as a 501(c) (3) non-profit medical institution in 2005 aimed at increasing access to health care in medically underserved areas of the Pacific Northwest.

General Summary:
Responsible for managing employee performance management systems, manages and tracks employee annual trainings and training program, conducts monthly new hire orientations, collects, and analyzes data to develop and implement strategies to improve performance.
Essential Job Functions:
• Analyzing data and creates reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage the employee performance management system and software platform to ensure compliance with annual processes.
• Administer the annual employee climate surveys from start to finish (faculty, administrators, and staff) and compile and disseminate results reports.
• Manages and tracks new hires and annual new hire training.
• Analyze exit interview data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities of improvement.
• Conducts/organizes monthly new hire orientations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need.
