Overview:
This person will use declarative and custom development skills as member of one of our scrum teams to manage and enhance our Agent and Customer Salesforce solutions that are built on Financial Service Cloud and Experience Cloud and possibly work on Chat and other integrations. This person may also be asked to investigate how certain platform capabilities can help empower our business to achieve their business imperatives. The features and stories this person delivers will have a direct impact on our ability to achieve our business objectives for a given release and deliver value for our customers. This person will be placed on one of our agile scrum teams within a specified release train. This position will report to the Director of Engineering over Salesforce Development.
