Organizational Psychologist studies and assesses the organizations workforce, management, culture, business objectives, and challenges using psychological principles and research methods. Designs and develops programs and tools that will be appropriate for the needs of the organization and which will assist employees and management to better achieve desired goals. Being an Organizational Psychologist utilizes various methods including employee surveys, focus groups, skill assessments, performance appraisals, and other feedback mechanisms to assist management in identifying issues and driving improvements. Creates solutions and programs that may be focused on employee selection, job training, leadership training, workplace and family issues, and change management. Additionally, Organizational Psychologist requires a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Organizational Psychologist works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.   • **Overview** As a Talent & Organizational Design/Effectiveness Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's talent management initiatives. Your main responsibilities will encompass overseeing Organizational Design & Effectiveness, Performance Management, Goal Setting and Talent Development Reviews.These efforts are aimed at cultivating a culture of continuous learning as well as building talent capability and leadership effectiveness across the organization. **Responsibilities** **Essential Functions:** Consult with HR business partners and leaders to define, develop and adopt organizational effectiveness strategies, core practices, and tools. Provide strategic consulting, leadership, and guidance in the areas of organizational effectiveness and design. Lead talent management programs such as Performance Management and Goal Setting including working with a team to manage the administration of the performance management software and handle confidential data input. Support talent management processessuch as Talent Development Reviews as well as identify and cultivate the growth of high-potential individuals. Development and delivery of various training material(resources, tools, processes, workshops, training) to assist with execution and implementation of talent management programs and processes. Collaborate with various leaders to optimize and enhance the efficiency and efficacy of talent management programs and processes. Develop, execute, and analyze the results of the company engagement survey and support the action planning process to deliver desired outcomes. Create and deliver insights related to talent management programs and processes. Collaborate with the Talent Team and HR Business Partners cultivate a culture of continuous learning and build talent capability and leadership effectiveness by actively contributing to the creation and implementation of diverse talent development programs such as Manager Essentials (MEP), Leadership Acceleration (LAP), Leadership Development (LDP), and others. Assess current state design, processes, and culture. Design new structure with clear roles and RACI. Create transition plan including talent selection, change and communications. Implement new structure. Measure and report out on goal / objective achievement. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 4 years of organization development, effectiveness, and talent experience Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Computer literacy strong enough to serve as a system administrator and point-of-contact for departmental systems Understanding of Adult Learning Theory Remain current on all trends in talent management. Strong level of professionalism, executive presence, and credibility; able to effectively challenge and influence peers and business partners. Competence in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong results/goal orientation. Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for measuring results through data and metrics.
