UNM Medical Group, Inc. is hiring for an Supervisor, Outpatient RN to join our Primary Care Clinic. This opportunity is a full-time, day shift opening located in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
Minimum $66,123 - Midpoint $84,302*
*Salary is determined based on years of total relevant experience.
*Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Less than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE.
Summary
Using the nursing process and working under general direction within UNMMG clinic policies, supports providers as required, and supervises nurses and medical assistants in the provision of care to assigned patients. Designates shift and schedule assignments, ensuring adequate staff to meet clinic needs. Supervises staff and patient care delivery within UNMMG policies and procedures and serves as a clinical resource and role model for staff.
Minimum Job Requirements of a Supervisor, Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN)
Associate degree in nursing with 2 years nursing experience. Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in State of New Mexico. Completed degree from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Verification of education and licensure (if applicable) will be required if selected for hire.
