Outpatient Services Director directs and implements the administrative processes and resources of an outpatient medical or specialty services facility or clinic. Ensures quality care and services for patients by implementing systems and operational procedures to coordinate service delivery. Being an Outpatient Services Director aligns processes with business, clinical, customer service, quality, and financial goals. Monitors, evaluates, and modifies programs while adhering to company guidelines and standards. Additionally, Outpatient Services Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Outpatient Services Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Outpatient Services Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. We are seeking Behavioral Health Counselors specializing in mental health or substance use disorder treatment. The objective of this position is to provide treatment services for adults and/or children experiencing mental health issues and substance use disorders. These services are in an outpatient setting and are intended to assist the client in obtaining and implementing skills for coping with issues such as trauma, familial and/or peer conflict, mental health disorders, substance abuse, grief and loss, relational issues, and community re-engagement.

Job Duties
- Create a safe and trusting space to build rapport with participants and their designated supports.
- Complete various assessments, treatment plans, reviews, and progress notes promptly.
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with treatment providers and staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written communication.
- Adhere to HSI policies and procedures as well as the NASW Code of Ethics.
- Effectively navigate Electronic Medical Record systems (Athena. Training will be provided in-house)
