The Administrative Assistant performs general and specific office support services including answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties. Also assists with all activities that support client admissions/scheduling, registration, billing, charge posting, KPI reporting, preparation of reports, insurance verification, authorizations, recertification, and follow-up.
