Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team of top notch professionals.
You will be greeting and registering patients and family members as they arrive. The appropriate candidate will be working cohesively with our Team at the medical offices to ensure patients are authorized for the intended procedures. This person will prepare patient charts and ensure patient records are scanned into our software accurately. Additional tasks as requested. Familiarity with Allscripts, SRS, HST is a plus however, not required for the appropriate individual.

We would like to hire a Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with a positive outlook and work ethic. This person must be a team player, posses a "can do" attitude and be a professional at all times. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to prioritize work assignments. Attention to detail is a must. Educational requirements are a High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
We are open Monday through Friday. No call, weekends or Holidays.
