PC Maintenance Technician jobs in Texas

JOB SUMMARY:

You will be expected to be a self-starter, work outdoors on a regular basis, and take part in labor-intensive activities involving the Hilliard Home.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the maintenance of the area, including but not limited to minor repairs, grounds upkeep for common areas, and landscape maintenance.
• Assist with maintenance tasks such as minor construction, lifts, moves, and carries heavy objects as requested by the Lead Maintenance Technician.
• Perform routine maintenance necessary to building exterior/interior.
• Assist and perform installation, maintenance, repair, and construction work in the basic building maintenance trades, such as carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing.
• Maintain maintenance area in clean and orderly condition.
• Perform custodial work.
• Assist with periodic exterior inspections.
• Perform law care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming.
• Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Build and maintain garden structures such as retaining walls and fences.
• Dig holes for planting and other landscaping projects.
• Detect and report the need for any maintenance repair within the property.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

• Landscaping background preferred.
• Driver’s License
• High School Diploma
• Can lift 60lbs
