We were founded in Truckee, CA in January 2006 and have grown to serve the communities of South Lake Tahoe, Tahoe City, Incline Village, Gardnerville, Susanville and several locations across Reno & Sparks. Pet Station is currently seeking a part-time sales associate for the Reno area. This position is currently offering 20-29 hours per week. We offer flexible hours, competitive wages, employee discounts, an employee pet feeding program, 401K with employer matching, dental & vision to all employees.

Job Duties Include, but are not limited to:

• Customer Service (sales floor & point of sale/register transactions, etc)
• Inventory Control (scanning in deliveries, point of sale/register transactions, physical inventory, etc)
• Product Knowledge (8-week training course, brand ambassador training seminars, individual product research, etc).
• Store Presentation (cleanliness of store [sales floor, break room, restroom(s), office], fronting, facing and organizing products per company standards.
• In-Store Animal Care (feeding, watering, cleaning cages of feeder insects [crickets, worms], small animals [mice, rats, guinea pigs, etc] & reptiles.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 29 per week
