Job Title: Remodel Production Manager

talented and experienced Production Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of

our projects, both residential and commercial.

Position Overview:

As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the

production process from project scheduling to punch list completion, ensuring projects

are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely

with our homeowners, design team, subcontractors and vendors to facilitate seamless

project execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

● Oversee all aspects of our projects from start to finish.

● Coordinate with the design team to ensure project specifications are accurately

translated into actionable plans.

● Manage subcontractors including monitoring performance and resolving issues as

they arise.

● Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones

and adherence to deadlines.

● Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and

addressing budget overruns proactively.

● Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, resolve construction issues,

and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

● Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns,

and ensure their satisfaction throughout the remodeling process.

● Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and ensure high

performance standards are met.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience (2 years) in residential construction project management, with

a focus on home remodeling or renovation projects.

● Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry

standards.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing priorities in a

fast-paced environment.

● Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship.

● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
