THE ROLE
As a Senior Packaging Engineer, you will serve as part of a project team to manage packaging development for innovation, renovation and supply chain initiatives. The focus of this role is to establish a comprehensive packaging framework and implement associated processes to drive project success. They will support our supply chain team through their innovative thinking skills, while providing technical and cost-effective solutions for our products. This role will lead packaging development across a wide range of materials and structures (cans, cartons, trays, etc.), and will act as a technical resource to drive successful commercialization of the innovation pipeline, while gaining cross functional alignment on key initiatives. This role is suited for an individual with an emphasis on innovation, collaboration and creative problem solving.
