Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Store Manager and make a significant impact on our thriving business! In this role, you will take charge of all operational and sales aspects of our fast-paced store within the automotive parts industry. As a Store Manager with Sanel NAPA, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team, drive store sales, and celebrate success in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team that aligns with our Core Values.
• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store.
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail store environment.
• Collaborate with outside sales to identify, develop, and maintain wholesale accounts.
• Guide and develop an engaged crew team to deliver exceptional customer care and achieve business results.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
• Protect and maintain the security of store assets.
• Showcase pride in maintaining a store recognized for safety and appearance.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer care and building long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels, and seasonal shifts is a plus.
• Personal drive, self-motivation, and initiative to accomplish business goals.
• Customer-focused with high energy in a fast-paced store environment.
• Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems.
• 3 Years Management (Required)
