    Job Type: Permanent Full Time

    Responsibilities:

    • Quality Assurance: The Director of Quality is responsible for ensuring that the organization's services and processes meet established quality standards. This involves developing and maintaining quality assurance programs and processes.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve organizational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement process improvement initiatives to drive quality and productivity.
    • Education and Staff Development: Develop and oversee educational programs for staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. This includes training, development plans, and continuous learning opportunities.
    • QAPI (Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement): Lead the development and execution of QAPI initiatives to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the organization's performance, with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
    • Policy & Procedure: Establish, review, and update policies and procedures to ensure that they align with best practices and regulatory requirements. Monitor adherence to these policies and procedures.
    • Program Assessment: Regularly assess the effectiveness of organized programs related to staff education, QAPI, best practices, and policy & procedure, making necessary adjustments for improvement.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the Cedarcrest President/CEO, as this role directly reports to them. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other department leaders to ensure seamless integration of quality, training, and best practices across the organization.
    • Leadership: As a key member of the leadership team, contribute to the strategic direction and decision-making processes of the organization. Provide leadership and guidance to staff members in quality and training roles.

    Qualifications:

    • A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare management, quality management).
    • Prior experience in quality management, process improvement, and staff education.
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in the healthcare or related industry.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with senior leadership and department heads.
    • Registered Nursing License in the State of NH
