    Duties:

    - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
    - Lead and participate in customer service projects and initiatives
    - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance
    - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer relations

    Requirements:
    - Proven experience in a customer service management role
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    - Strong leadership and supervisory skills
    - Proficient in project management techniques
    - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
    - Multilingual abilities are a plus
