    Duties & Tasks:

    • Understand business objectives and coordinate sales activities through dealer channels and marketplaces.
    • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new dealer channels and marketplaces to maximize support and reach.
    • Translate key business challenges and customer needs into digital opportunities to enhance our e-commerce and marketplace presence.
    • Collaborate with management to maintain product listings and policies, ensuring compliance with channel demands.
    • Conduct competitive analysis on market offerings, marketing activities, and pricing models to identify growth opportunities.
    • Provide strategic recommendations based on e-commerce industry research, best practices, trends, and competitive intelligence.
    • Engage with cross-functional teams including Digital Merchandising, Marketing, Analytics, Insights, and Creative to drive cohesive strategies.
    • Consult with potential customers to understand equipment needs and provide expert advice on product selection.

    Detailed Work Activities:

    • Maintain and develop marketplace product lists, business listings, and ad copy to optimize visibility and conversion.
    • Provide technical or procedural advice to customers and channels to enhance their experience and drive sales.
    • Collaborate with organizational members to accomplish work activities efficiently and effectively.
    • Assist in direct sales or customer service activities, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
    • Establish strong interpersonal business relationships to facilitate collaboration and achieve mutual goals.
    • Resolve customer or channel-specific complaints or problems promptly and effectively.

    Physical Demands

    The employee will primarily be seated for extended periods, with occasional lifting of up to 35 pounds.



    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    Years of Experience: 1-3 years
    Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred. High School/G.E.D. required.
