Front Desk Agent

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information about the company and services to guests
- Post and handle payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle client requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate and assist with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in office management tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Experience in a payroll office or similar setting is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and phone systems
- Typing skills with accuracy and speed
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual is a plus
