Being an Personnel Records Clerk assists with delivering core HR processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and program implementations, including benefits, compensation, and performance management. May administer other HR systems used for timekeeping, performance, and training management processes. Additionally, Personnel Records Clerk requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Personnel Records Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Imaging Clerk to join our team. The Document Imaging Clerk will be responsible for prepping, scanning, indexing and organizing client's records, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity of the imaging process. This position operates in a team environment with shared responsibilities on a quality-focused, fast-paced production line.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks to input and maintain records in electronic systems
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Prepare documents to go through scanner (i.e. remove staples, repair tears and tape down items)
- Scan documents accurately switching between image output options to guarantee best digitized copy
- Ensure compliance with records management Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Quality check each batch to ensure all pages are captured, quality is equal to or greater than original document, and index each file according to client's request
Additional Responsibilities:
- Work in a collaborative manner with team members and the Production Manager
- Work to resolve issues with documents and provide feedback to Production Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned by RCI Leadership
Skills:
- Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be able to lift and move 40lbs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
