Pharmacy Technician Supervisor oversees the work of a team of Pharmacy Technicians that assist Pharmacists with the dispensing of medical prescriptions. Monitors daily activities and manages work schedules to ensure that quality, production and customer service standards are maintained. Being a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor may hire, train, and evaluate new employees. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Pharmacy Technician Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Typically requires Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT). The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. We are looking for a part-time, highly motivated pharmacy technician to join our team in Bowman, ND. The schedule for this position will be three days a week and will include a Saturday rotation. In this position you would provide prompt, high quality care to our patients and assist the pharmacist in the preparation and distribution of prescription medications. Applicants should have strong communication and organizational skills. National Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred, not required. We will pay for the coursework to become a certified pharmacy technician in the state of North Dakota.
