We are actively seeking for an experienced Digital Print Supervisor / Manager to join a growing printing warehouse in North Las Vegas! If you have the leadership skills and qualifications highlighted we urge you to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Production and other management personnel to implement, establish, and promote the policies of the department and company overall.

• Identify and monitor key performance indicators and dashboards for print operations metrics.

• Oversee a program of preventive maintenance and equipment repair following production needs and objectives.

• Assist in preparing budget-related reports.

• Arbitrate production scheduling priority conflicts when required.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in printing operations and supervision.

• Requires thorough knowledge of the printing industry, sales, budgeting, and management techniques.

• Because of corporate interactions, a high degree of tact and diplomacy and a good sense of business etiquette is a must.

• Willingness to acquire additional technical skillsets to meet the needs of new and expanding strategic initiatives.

• Exhibit a never-ending desire to learn how things work.

• Extensive knowledge of the printing industry, high-quality standards, mature judgment, strong communication skills, and organizational work habits.

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
