Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: 1650 Galisteo St, Santa Fe, NM 87505
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday
Hours: 35 hours per week (No weekend rotation)
Salary: $40-$70/hr
Facility: 118-bed upscale location offering long term and short stay care

Job Summary:
Casa Real Nursing is in search of an experienced Physical Therapist to help our patients regain their strength and mobility. In this role, you will be a crucial figure in assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering effective physical therapy.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid PT license in New Mexico
• Degree in Physical Therapy or its equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar setting is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to establish a tailored care plan
• Lead therapeutic interventions and assess their efficacy
• Document all aspects of patient care and maintain records
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA’s and support staff
• Engage with various healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
