Access Physical Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, team player to join our team as a Physical Therapy Technician.

The primary job duties include greeting our patients as they enter the treatment area, assisting our licensed Physical Therapists with safe, efficient delivery of therapy treatment programs by providing clinic upkeep, maintain therapy equipment, clinic facilities and helping to ensure an optimal patient experience through cleanliness and organization.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualities and mindset :

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast pace work environment and deliver high quality work in a personalized manner
• Ability to follow directions with strong attention to detail with written and verbal instruction
• Quick learner who puts in a strong effort
• Observant of patient and PT needs and initiative in promptly responding to needs
• Reliability and punctuality with work attendance and commitment to your employer
• Effective communication skills with supervisors, peers, and patients of varying ages and backgrounds – outgoing personality is a plus
• Team player focus – recognizing that each member and department has specific roles and responsibilities and that success in all areas collectively contributes to individual and team success
