Physician Emergency Room Float

Float Pool Emergency Medicine Physician

Join our amazing team of physicians and advanced practice providers in our state-of-the-art emergency departments at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center, Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, and Ashland Community Hospital in beautiful Southern Oregon. We provide high quality healthcare. This is a float pool position. Candidates must be BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM).

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education: Licensed physician and graduate of approved medical school. Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine is required. Must attend specialty education when requested.

License / Certification: Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges - this includes but is not limited to, holding position-specific certifications/memberships as determined by Asante Medical Staff team (i.e. ACLS, BLS, PALS, etc.); Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.

Other Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship skills, and knowledge of common Emergency Department throughput and regulatory metrics required.
