    Job Title: Locum – Physician - Emergency Medicine

    Location: Hermiston, OR

    Department: Emergency Department

    Shifts - 12-hour Physician shifts 7a-7p plus night call

                 12-hour APP shifts 7p-7a

    Daily census: 15-18


    Summary:

    A Experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and be able to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide medical care to patients in the emergency department
    • Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, including injuries, illnesses, and emergencies
    • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
    • Administer medications
    • Initiate and manage patient care plans
    • Provide education and counselling to patients and their families
    • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
    • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities

    Qualifications:

    • Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine
    • 3 years of experience in an emergency department setting
    • Strong clinical skills and judgment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
