Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the management team to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment plans.
• Proactively source, identify, and attract qualified candidates using various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, local community organizations, and professional networks.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and compatibility with our agency's values and culture.
• Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks for selected candidates.
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs, community events, and other recruitment activities to promote our agency and attract potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, professional associations, and community organizations to tap into talent pools and promote our agency as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or caregiving industry.
• Familiarity with recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to effectively leverage online and offline channels for candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
