Pipeline Operations Manager manages overall operations of crude oil and/or natural gas pipelines. Ensures safe and efficient operations of the pipeline system. Being a Pipeline Operations Manager serves as a company representative on regulatory and environmental issues. Looks for opportunities to expand the pipeline system. Additionally, Pipeline Operations Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to top management. The Pipeline Operations Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Responsibilities
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
Proven working experience as a cleaner
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour
