Summary:
Seeking a dynamic, professional who will be a key part of the Partnership’s NGL and Refined Products Revenue Accounting Team. The NGL & Refined Products Revenue Accounting Team is responsible for the administration and accounting for all NGL & Refined Product pipelines, fractionators, storage, marketing and export activities in the US.
Essential duties and responsibilities:

· The individual in this role should have the initiative and drive to gain a deep understanding of the end-to-end NGL and Refined Products business and enjoy working across multiple departments in support of the business and other members of the team.
· Assist in preparation of monthly pipeline invoicing and reporting packages
· Provide invoices to customers on a monthly basis
· Assist in preparation of journal entries
· Track and log manual journal entries on monthly basis
· Prepare invoice and back-up support for miscellaneous customer billings
· Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external customers
· Responsible for ensuring accuracy of intercompany & affiliate company transactions
· Management, review & monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts
· Maintain SOX internal control processes
· Assist with quarterly and annual audit process
· Assist with quarterly FERC filings
· Generate monthly, quarterly and annual reports for internal and external users
· Ad hoc requests by internal management
