Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. No experience necessary, willing to train the right fit. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Duties:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites

- Perform basic tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and operating hand tools

- Load and unload materials from trucks

- Assist with the installation of construction materials, such as pipes, beams, and scaffolding

- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents to the supervisor

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings is a plus

- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is beneficial

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job

- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.25 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
